At Mubsie™, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the hygienic nature of baby products, we only offer refunds or replacements if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@mubsie.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Please note:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns or refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
