โ Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

- Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was sent in error or was defective.
โ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened feeding bottles
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
